Guild Ball, Napoleonics & a Dread - O my!

Hi All,

This week I've had a mixed bag of projects from a local customer. It can be nice to have some variety once in a while & this fits the bill.

Firstly, a 28mm Guild Ball fisherman 'Corsair' to add to the growing team Ive been working on this year. 'Gold' standard work!

Next some 15mm AB Miniatures (some of my favourite minis) Napoleonics - a Brunswick  infantry regiment & a regiment of British Light Dragoons (16th). Basic tabletop level!

Finally, a 28mm GW WH40K Primaris Dreadnought. - Airbrush work only!

28mm Empress Miniatures UK Special Forces (Modern)

Hi All,

This week I've been commissioned to paint these 28mm UK Special Forces (modern) from Empress Miniatures. The sculptures are beautiful, flash was at a minimum & they were a joy to paint. These were painted to my 'Silver' standard, so not my best work, but still above tabletop level. I really enjoyed working on these. Its the first time I've painted multicam camouflage (SAS) & I'm pleased with the overall look.

Please check-out the short 3 minute YouTube video HERE!

15mm Kappadokian Army

Hi All,

I'm very proud to present my latest commission, a 15mm Kappadokian army. The miniatures are all from Xyston miniatures & are lovely sculptures (spears/javelins are copper wire). I really enjoyed working on this project from clean-up to basing & finally pics/video. Also been a joy working with my customer, who brought me a vision of what he wanted & was happy to work with me to bring it to life. I really happy with the finished result & look forward to working on more similar armies.

Please watch the YouTube video of this army, just click on this link!

28mm WWII Japanese SNLF - Army Showcase!

Hi All,

It's great to be back with an update, I've been so busy painting recently (with a holiday in-between). I have an army showcase for you. This is a 1300 point Bolt Action (WWII) Japanese Special Naval Landing Force (SNLF). The miniatures are Wartime Miniatures (based in Australia). There's just over 60 minis in all plus a small artillery piece & a mortar. I hope you like them!

Check out the YouTube vid of these HERE!
